Quoted Rate ≠ Locked Rate
Rate lock requires confirmation of the amount, exchange rate, and time. After locking, exchange is done at the locked rate regardless of fluctuations.
Cash Transactions Only
We accept cash transactions only. No electronic payments or transfers are accepted.
Rate Lock Valid for 2 Hours
Rate lock is valid for collection within 2 hours only. The lock expires after this period.
Identity Documents Required
When accumulated exchange reaches a designated HKD amount, valid ID (Identity Card or Passport) and proof of address (within 3 months) are required per Hong Kong financial regulations.
No Cryptocurrency Services
We do not provide any services related to cryptocurrencies.
